We collect information directly from you when you use the Services. Specifically, we collect and store OAuth tokens when you connect your Airtable account to our Services. We do not have access to your Airtable account password. We also use cookies and similar technologies to collect data for analytics and advertising purposes, including but not limited to user interactions with our Services, IP addresses, browser types, and device information.
We use the OAuth tokens to interact with your Airtable account, limited to retrieving data for export by you. We use data collected through cookies and similar technologies for various purposes, including improving user experience, website optimization, and facilitating targeted advertising through services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
For usage tracking purposes, we assign a random UUID to you when you connect to your Airtable account. We record this UUID along with a timestamp of when you connected. If you subsequently download a CSV file, we record your UUID again with another timestamp. We do not record any personally identifiable data about you. If you reconnect your Airtable account at a later time for subsequent use of our service, you are assigned a new UUID which is not connected to any previous UUIDs. This data helps us improve our Services and is not shared with third parties in a way that personally identifies you.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. You have the option to opt out of data collection by third-party tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads. Instructions for opting out can be found on their respective websites.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used only for the operation of the Services.
We retain your personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request the deletion of your account or personal data at any time.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal data to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
